Donation Agreement

Throughout the years Clark County Genealogical Society has gratefully received many fine additions to its collection through donations. Thank you for your interest in and your generous support of CCGS.

All donations become the property of Clark County Genealogical Society.

Donations of more than 1 banker box must be pre-evaluated by the Library Director prior to being accepted by the library.

CCGS may sell or dispose of all, or part of, the donated materials in the event they do not meet the needs of the society.

It is the responsibility of the donor to place a value on donations for personal purposes.

[CCGS is a Washington State non-profit corporation, with federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Donations and contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.]
