Beyond joining known search engines such as MyHeritage or Ancestry, there are many resources available to assist your search for family data and stories. This class will offer a searching template that will challenge you to go beyond your usual search patterns. Presented by Peri Lane Muhich

Curious about the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR)? Join Peri, a member of the Fort Vancouver Chapter, to learn about this historic service organization and the many ways it serves our community today. Discover how the chapter’s mission comes to life through historic preservation, education, and patriotism, and learn about projects, programs, and opportunities to get involved. This presentation offers an engaging introduction to the DAR and its local impact.

Peri Muhich has spent the last 40 years living in and exploring Oregon, Washington, Puget Sound, and Alaska. She is a historian and genealogist who teaches classes and delivers lectures that bring history and culture to life through her knowledge and passion for American heritage.
